Departure towards Seville with brief stops en route. Arrival at the hotel, room distribution, and lunch. In the afternoon, guided tour of Seville, starting with a walk through the Murillo Gardens, Plaza de España, Santa Cruz Quarter, and its old town, where we will admire the Cathedral and the Giralda (entrance included). This Gothic cathedral, the largest of its kind in the world, houses an impressive main altarpiece and the remains of Christopher Columbus. Afterwards, we will take a panoramic tour of the 1929 Exhibition pavilions and Plaza de América. Return to the hotel, dinner, and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to visit the Royal Alcázar (entrance included) with a local guide, one of the oldest palaces still in use in the world, built by Abderrahman III and witness to the Muslim and Christian history of the city. Walking through its courtyards and gardens is a journey through time. Lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, visit to the Palace of Las Dueñas (entrance included), property of the House of Alba, where we will admire a collection of art, tapestries, and historical furniture in a setting full of history. It was here where Antonio Machado was born and where illustrious figures such as Grace Kelly stayed. Afterwards, we will head to the Metropol Parasol (entrance included), the largest wooden structure in the world, from where we will enjoy impressive views of the city. Return to the hotel, dinner, and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to visit the Triana neighborhood, cradle of artists and sailors. We will walk across the oldest preserved iron bridge, see the exterior of the Carmen Chapel, Plaza del Altozano, Inquisition Alley, and Alfarería Street, famous for its ceramic workshops. We will also visit the Sailors’ Chapel (entrance included), where the Esperanza de Triana is located, and the Estrella Chapel (entrance included), patron saint of the port loaders. We will end the tour with a stroll along the picturesque Betis Street, with its colorful houses on the banks of the Guadalquivir. Then, we will visit the Macarena neighborhood, where we will admire its basilica (entrance included), a place of great devotion and tradition in Seville. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, departure towards the origin with brief stops en route. Arrival and end of our services.
