Departure for Huelva with stops en route. Upon arrival, room allocation and lunch will be arranged. In the afternoon, we will visit Ayamonte, crossing the Guadiana Bridge and enjoying the views over the river. We will stroll through its streets and squares, observing the blend of Andalusian and Portuguese architecture. We will finish with a visit to the Plaza de la Laguna and the monument to the canning woman. Afterwards, we will cross the Guadiana River by ferry to Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Portugal. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit Huelva, where we will visit the Plaza de las Monjas, the Gran Teatro, the Reina Victoria neighborhood, the Cathedral of La Merced, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Cinta. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, we will take an excursion to Niebla, a thousand-year-old town with an impressive wall surrounding the old town. We will walk through its narrow streets and visit the Church of San Martín and the Guzmán Castle. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Departure for Faro, in the Portuguese Algarve. We will stroll through its historic center, lined with ancient walls, squares, and arches. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Moguer, the birthplace of Juan Ramón Jiménez, where we will visit his house, the monument to Christopher Columbus, the Church of Nuestra Señora de Granada (the Giralda de Moguer), and the Muelle de las Tres Carabelas, where replicas of the ships that participated in the discovery of America are located. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast. In the morning, we will visit Almonte and its famous Rocío hermitage, an important pilgrimage site. Then, we will head to the Acebrón Palace, a center for disseminating the ethnographic heritage of Doñana. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, we will excursion to Tavira, a charming Portuguese town on the Algarve coast. We will stroll through its cobbled streets and visit the Plaza de la República and Rua da Liberdade, famous for its craft shops. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Departure to visit Punta Umbría, a fishing village with beautiful beaches and natural landscapes. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Odiel Marshes Natural Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We will take an excursion to discover the fauna and flora of this unique ecosystem. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Departure to the source, with brief stops en route. Lunch is at the client’s expense if necessary. End of our services.
