Departure at the indicated time towards Teruel. Brief stops along the way. Lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, guided visit to Albarracín. This fortified town, declared a Historic-Artistic Site, preserves an impressive medieval heritage. We will stroll through its narrow streets, enjoying its walls, hanging houses, and viewpoints. We will visit its Cathedral (entrance included), which bears traces of different historical periods. Arrival at the hotel, room distribution, dinner, and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Departure to visit Mora de Rubielos, a town declared a Historic-Artistic Site, famous for its black truffle and medieval architecture. We continue to Rubielos de Mora, awarded the Europa Nostra prize in 1983 for the excellent preservation of its heritage. Free time to stroll among its noble houses and traditional wrought ironwork. Lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, visit to Mosqueruela, one of the best-preserved walled towns in Teruel, featuring a porticoed Main Square and the Church of the Assumption. We finish in Linares de Mora, whose entrance is marked by the remains of its castle. We will explore its old town, declared a Site of Cultural Interest, and its charming Main Square. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Departure towards Mirambel, a village in the Maestrazgo region whose historic center has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest. We will stroll through its squares, church, and Town Hall. We continue to Cantavieja, where a local guide will accompany us to admire its medieval architecture, the Church of the Assumption, the castle, the Hospital of San Roque, and the Museum of the Carlist Wars (entrance included). Lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, guided visit to La Iglesuela del Cid. Its old town, declared a Site of Cultural Interest, preserves Renaissance palaces and noble houses. We will walk through its cobbled streets and admire its religious buildings. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Departure towards Teruel. Guided tour of its historic center, one of the greatest examples of Aragonese Mudejar art. We will stroll through Plaza del Torico, admiring the Mudejar towers, the Town Hall, and the Cathedral (entrance included). Free time. Lunch at a restaurant. At the indicated time, return to the place of origin. End of our services.
